Day1:

Transfer from Kampala to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Destination:  Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park

Early morning breakfast and drive to Bwindi brief stop at Mbarara town for lunch. The road takes you via amazingly beautiful countryside of deep valleys, hills and banana plantations as far as they eye can see. Arrive at your lodge in time for dinner and overnight.

Day2:

Mountain Gorilla Tracking and Community Walk

After an early morning breakfast, pick you lunch box and your bottle of drinking and drive to the park headquaters for guide allocation and briefing. You may also carry some snacks to energize as you will need it as you hike up in search of big apes. water since you ought to have long hours in the forest searching for these apes. After briefing and guide allocation, drive to the trailends at commence your trek up the slopes to the bamboo zone with mountain gorillas reside. The trek may take anything between 2 to 6 hours. Remember the mountain gorillas are free roaming and nobody is extremely sure of their location. The only guidance is where the guides left them the previous day. Gorillas are known to make new nests every day for overnight. Once the previous night nests are located then you can begin a search of the actual location of the family. Depending on availability of food and adventurous nature of the silverback you might find them near or far off. Tracking gorillas is a whole new learning experience. At the nesting site look for signs and tracks that will guide you in the location of the family. Follow your guide's dictate and walk cautiously in search of the elusive silverback and his clan. Avoid unneccessary noise and listen to your guide as he shows you the different plants favorite for gorilla as food and medicines. Be on lookout for other wildlife the park is famous for, beautiful birds, Virunga colobus monkeys. Once you reach their hideout the guide will give a sign to keep quite and squart. Gorillas too are excited to welcome you to their homes. Young ones might approach you. They love bright colors. Always avoid direct eye contact with the silverback as it interprets that as a provocation. After sighting you stay with gorillas for exactly one hour and return to the base. On your way back have your lunch and remember to carry your trash back to your hotel for propoer disposal. On arrival freshem up and move on with other activities. If you finish your trek early you can go for guided nature and village walks to visit the local communities or engage in other activities like bike rides. Dinner and overnight at your hotel FB

Day3:

Second Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

An early morning breakfast and drive once more to the park headquarters for guide allocation and briefing. This day you trek a different family of gorillas. After this trek return to the base and drive to Lake Bunyonyi famous for its fantastic views and watersports like canoe rides. On arrival check in, freshen up and proceed for dinner and overnight at Acadia cottages,or Bunyonyi overland camp. FB

Day4:

Transfer to Kampala

After breakfast its time to explore the beautiful lake Bunyonyi. You may have a morning boatride to view the idylic islands or take a morning walk to explore the scenic countryside with beautiful terraced hills. Thereafter return to your lodge and drive to Kampala. On arrival you will be droped at Entebbe Airport or your hotel.
